Came in yesterday for my mother due to an ad invite for a new hearing device and instead got more than we came for, a thorough ear/hearing tests and insurance options expert advice without sales pitch hint. Dr. Wesley Nakamura's patience and knowledge made us feel comfortable and he genuinely wants to help us, putting our best interest first. Neat and clean office with super friendly staff! I took a hearing test there and had the best experience ever! Dr. Nakamura is really generous, friendly, and heartwarming. He made sure if I felt comfortable when I am in the small room for the hearing test. He knows well with hearing aids and he fixed feedback of my hearing aid like in 5 minutes. The feedback bothered me for a long time but it got so much better. He speaks Japanese very well, too. I would definitely come back to here if I ever get a problem with my hearing aids.
